Hong Kong Health Check and Medical Diagnostic Centre (HKHC) to deploy Epro's WISE-xb Contact Center Solution

Hong Kong Health Check and Medical Diagnostic Centre (HKHC) was set up in 2006, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Health Check and Laboratory Holdings Co. Ltd (stock code: 397). With advanced imaging technology and experienced medical and healthcare professionals, HKHC provides one-stop comprehensive and quality medical diagnostic services. HKHC aims to enhance the health of the community by promoting the concept of preventive healthcare through comprehensive periodic health check.

To cater the rapid growth of the enquiries and develop a comprehensive marketing platform, HKHC has selected Epro TechSoft (wholly owned subsidiary of Epro Telecom), a leading contact center system solutions provider for clients from commercial and government sectors, for deploying WISE-xb, the multi-media contact center solution developed upon Epro's solid contact center operation experience throughout the years. The deployment of WISE-xb would enable HKHC's Contact Center to be more productive and to further improve its service quality.

WISE-xb system has received favorable responses from clients, in terms of its cost-effectiveness, stability and functionality at all time. The solution offered to HKHC mainly included inbound module for handling appointment and enquiries, comprising GUI defined IVRS, supporting email and SMS sending etc. For the outbound telemarketing module, supports HKHC to contact customers for periodic health checks in a proactive and effective manner.
