To announce this alliance and demonstrate how powerful the CRM2 (CRM x CTI) Solution is, we joined hand to organize a Seminar at Microsoft’s seminar room on 23rd October 2009 (Friday). This seminar has attracted over 80 top management and specialists from various industries: retail, professional services, manufacturing, trading etc to join.

In the first session of the seminar we have Mr. Eddy Chan, Product Marketing Manager, Microsoft Dynamics from Microsoft Hong Kong, to elaborate companies' synergy and give a full picture for the latest trend in customer relationship management. The second and third sessions were lead by Ms Sylvia Choi, Business Solutions Manager of Tectura Hong Kong to illustrate how CRM plus eMarketing works nowadays in streamlining process to compile target lists, tracking results with marketing scorecard, and automating marketing process with lead generation to increase productivity. She also provide solution demo for clearer illustration. In the last session, Mr. Terry Leung, General Manager of EPRO TechSoft shared his vast experiences through several case studies, to demonstrate how inbound customer care, outbound telemarketing and customer research, would boost customer satisfaction and sales capability.

After learning the full functionalities of CRM plus CTI applications, participants shown that they have gained numerous insights through this informative seminar, to understand more how advance solutions would practically improve sales prospect, customer loyalty and management efficiencies.
