Seminar in January to show how CTI solution aids business

Last year has been a rollercoaster ride for almost all industries, with extreme high and extreme lows that have made decision makers frustrated. EPRO TechSoft Ltd organized CTI seminar 'A Perfect Year to start tuning your Business to become PERFECT!’ at the beginning of the year 2010, to illustrate a powerful tool of Epro WISE-xb call center solution with comprehensive workflow module that can aid business grow sustainably in terms of workflow management, customer relationship management and proactive selling.


Epro TechSoft Ltd, Microsoft Certified Partner, organized the seminar at Microsoft’s seminar room on 22 January 2010 (Friday) attracted many top management and specialists from IT, call center and CRM related departments to attend. In the first session, General Manager of Epro TechSoft Ltd – Mr. Terry Leung introduced background of Epro Group, Mother Company of Epro TechSoft which engages in contact center business for 20 years in Hong Kong and China; Epro TechSoft is its subsidiary specializes in selling the 4th generation call center application - WISE-xb Mui-Media Contact Center Solution to middle-large enterprises in South-East Asian countries, providing market a robust application at a reasonable price with unparalleled flexibility to build up call center on their own.


In the second part of the seminar, Terry elaborated how inbound customer care, outbound telemarketing and customer research would boost customer satisfaction and sales capability by using call center application. He also announced the news of launching Epro’s simple Workflow System in March this year, with functionalities to perform 1) route jobs to suitable person 2) well escalation process 3) approval process 4) Case follow up 5) Filing system 6) Analysis. With workflow solution, SMEs can make sure the case generated is being catered; if problems occur, it will route to other person to follow until the case is closed.


In the last part of the seminar, Terry shared his extensive experience in applying call center in various industries. The seminar successfully came to an end after Q&A and Lucky Draw sessions. Participants shown that they have gained insights in this seminar, to understand more how an all-rounded CTI solution practically improve their work efficiencies, and boosting customer satisfaction at the same time.
