Epro TechSoft Ltd and Tectura (HK) Ltd successfully co-organized a seminar about the synergy of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI) and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) on 30th April 2010. The seminar room in Microsoft Hong Kong, Three Pacific Place was packed by more than 40 information technology, customer services and marketing related professional and decision-makers from different enterprises.
The seminar aimed at showing how CRM, BI and CTI work together to bring positive effect to enterprise on their management efficiency and sales. Speakers from Tectura (HK) Ltd and Epro TechSoft Ltd presented the merits of Microsoft Dynamics ® CRM and the synergy effect of combining CTI, an achievement of Epro Group from their twenty years experience in contact center business, with CRM respectively.
The seminar began with the presentation from Ms. Vivien Hui, Senior Consultant of Tectura (HK) Ltd, showing how to handle customer information from various channels by single Microsoft Dynamic ® CRM system, meanwhile, generating reports to support marketing plans. Ms. Vivien Hui indicated that users do not need to spend much time in adapting to the new system due to the system’s clear and simple interface that works like other Microsoft products.
In the second part of the seminar, Mr. Terry Leung, General Manager of Epro TechSoft Ltd illustrated how CTI completes CRM process and brought synergy effect to enterprises. Mr. Terry Leung stated, “With CTI, enterprises not only can boost sales via telemarketing, they can also reinforce their membership system, managing client and providing 24x7 customer self-enquiry services, etc, which can improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. On the other hand, users can acquire valuable and tailored customer information more easily and precisely for further analysis.”
Last but not least, Mr. Terry Leung and Ms. Vivien Hui shared real cases from different industries and showed how the system helps their business development.
The informative presentation preoccupied the participants and they expressed, “the seminar shows us a clear picture on how to use a comprehensive CRM and CTI system to boost sales, increase customer loyalty and management efficiency.”
